Let’s leave the floor to our MBA graduates
I am proud to announce that in the month of July I completed the Master in Business Administration with Distinction at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and CIMBA. This is for me a key milestone in my personal story and development as a person.
I would like to sincerely thank CIMBA for creating an environment which allowed me to express myself and continuously improve towards the person I am today. The foundation of the person I will be tomorrow.
A heartfelt congratulation and appreciation goes to my colleagues and friends which allowed me to push my boundaries and improve in areas as leadership ,influence and motivation.
I am now eager to embrace what the future holds for me with one lesson in mind, “The only measure of success is the impact we have in other people’s lives”.

The presence of some of our friends from the 2022 class (they come back to celebrate together) during our graduation
The final business simulation, where all the groups challenged each other in an exciting competition
The wonderful gala dinner where I’ve been awarded the “Best Part-time Student of the year”
The final speech I was priviledged to give at the final graduationIt’s been challenging but soooo rewarding, the memories and connections we developed during this time together will always be something I look back on and cherish.
To all of the people who have made it possible for this past two years to be a process of learning, of personal and professional growth, I am profoundly grateful. To all my cohorts, to the wonderfull staff and professors, and especially to my family: thank you.…and so it’s official!

I’m delighted to share that this past weekend marked the completion of my MBA program at CIMBA in collaboration with the The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. It has been an incredible journey of growth, learning, and unforgettable experiences that have shaped my future in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
First and foremost, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Al H Ringleb., Cristina Turchet, and all the wonderful staff and professors who have been instrumental in shaping my knowledge and skills throughout this MBA adventure. Your guidance, expertise, and support have truly made a significant impact on my personal and professional development.
Next, I’d like to express my sincere appreciation to my amazing classmates. The memories and connections we developed during our time together will always be something I look back on and cherish. I look forward to staying connected with each of you and grateful for our time together.
I am also incredibly humbled and honored to have been recognized as the “Full-time MBA Student of the Year” and part of an excellent team to receive the “Consulting Project of the Year.” This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the support of my mentors, peers, and the exceptional learning environment at CIMBA Italy.
As I conclude this transformative chapter in my life, I’m inspired to take on new challenges and make a positive difference in the business realm. As I return to the United States, I am excited to begin my new journey in Chicago with Thompson Flanagan as an Associate Broker.
Paderno Del Grappa and Italy will always have a special place in my heart.

The end of my MBA brings my graduate education to a close. From the University of Iowa College of Law to Italy’s CIMBA MBA and back again to graduate at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, my life these past four years has been a whirlwind of insights, setbacks, and growth.
This past year in business has taught me that strategy is more than a well-delivered argument or a well-organized agenda. Strategy is having vision, a big picture consideration that takes us past the day-to-day constraints we all face.
This year showed me that short term strategy can take any form. It can look like studious attention to detail or like bold risk taking. It can look like buckling down to get work done in a time crunch or like a kind word to support your team, even when things look grim.
To all of the people who have made it possible for this past year to be a year of learning, a year of personal and professional growth, I am profoundly grateful. To Nicholas Szimon, Špela Ravnikar, Francesco Zanin, Natalie Moyer, Jaiden G., GaBrina R. Cornelious, who all shared my life for the past year, and to so many others: thank you.
My next steps are certain because now, after my graduate education has ended, I am more certain than ever that learning never stops.
I am excited to put these lessons to work as I return to Chicago. Enough formal education for now: it’s time to practice law full time!
