A few words about MBA graduation day
As my CIMBA MBA has come to a close, I am stuck reflecting on the many things (more specifically, the people) my time in Italy has brought me – my cohort, who challenged me, while giving me patience through my growth; my professors who, at times, made me want to become a professional student; and both Dr. Al and Cristina for developing such a unique program that understands you can’t learn leadership in a textbook.
On Friday, I somehow was awarded the full-time MBA Student of the Year from my peers and professors. In reality, they are the MVPs. They are the ones who allowed me to grow and I’m indebted to them for giving me an experience I’ll cherish forever. Grazie tutti e arrivederci!

We are officially MBAs!
To say this year was incredible is an understatement. I can’t give enough thanks to my classmates, our professors, and the CIMBA and The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business faculty for creating the perfect environment for learning, growth, and development.
When I decided to get my MBA, it was to better my readiness for a career in consulting. I want to express my sincere appreciation for my consulting teammates Daniele Rossi, Gavin Magee, and Alex Ruben, and the company Forgital Group for the opportunity to work together. To receive the Stefano Andreello Consulting Project of the Year award is a humbling and extraordinary experience.
Not only do I feel ready for a consulting career path, but also I gained friendships that will last a lifetime. I couldn’t have done this year without the CIMBA family and the support, the motivation, and the special bright light each of you shined that kept getting brighter the entire year.
Though we are now separated by continents and hundreds (and thousands) of miles, our hearts will always be connected in a unique and perfect alignment. Now is the time to take our next leap of faith!

This is the end of a long journey, two years of tough work, great emotions and incredible adventures.
In these two years, I met amazing people from several countries worldwide. All together we became a big international family. I have to say THANKS to y’all for the time spent together and with your beautiful parents.
Furthermore, I want to say thanks to the Professors for the knowledge you gave me and the quality of your classes.
Other important thanks are to my partner for the support in sharing this experience.
Finally, I should say thanks to myself because I’m very glad and proud to have realized my childhood dream, be graduated in Master in Business and Administration at the The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and living in the USA for a while.
The incredible experience of the MBA just come to an end and I want to thank the The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and CIMBA for made it possible.
It has been a two years journey where I had the opportunity to daily challenge my self and learn from professors and peers how to “be my best” .

After two years of study I graduated with an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business . The journey was not easy and there were a lot of challenges I had to face but thanks to my wife’s support it was easier.
I decided to start the master in business administration in the middle of a pandemic because after my graduation from the Politecnico di Torino and after several years of professional experience, I realized that I needed to deepen certain issues that mainly concerned business leadership and economic management. Personally I was looking for an MBA with an American style approach and CIMBA offered me much more.Thanks to all who have supported me in this process and thanks to the The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business for the knowledge transmitted in these two years.

Tutto nasce da una scelta, la scelta di uscire dalla propria confort zone, mettersi in discussione e sfidare le proprie convinzioni ed i propri limiti.
Questo è stato per me l’MBA.Questo week-end si è concluso, dopo due anni, il mio percorso di formazione presso The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, inutile calcolare il numero di week-end ed ore spese in lezioni, in studio, in video call, in project works, in teamwork ed in esami finali.
Un percorso sfidante, stimolante e ricco di soddisfazioni.Per questo voglio ringraziare tutto lo staff The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business e di CIMBA per aver reso possibile tutto questo.
Voglio inoltre ringraziare tutti i colleghi del corso, per l’entusiasmo, lo stimolo e la spinta positiva che mi hanno dato, ed in modo speciale, la mia famiglia, che come sempre ha compreso e mi ha supportato.
