All’inizio di luglio, presso la University of Iowa, abbiamo celebrato un traguardo importante: la graduation degli Executive CIMBA 2025. Un momento di orgoglio, commozione e gioia condivisa che segna non solo la fine di un intenso percorso formativo, ma anche l’inizio di nuove, entusiasmanti possibilità.
Il programma Executive di CIMBA rappresenta molto più di un investimento nella propria carriera: è un viaggio trasformativo che combina Knowing, Doing, Being, un’esperienza che mette al centro la persona e ne valorizza le potenzialità. Dalla leadership consapevole al pensiero critico, dallo sviluppo personale alla costruzione di relazioni significative, ogni passaggio di questo percorso è stato guidato dal desiderio di crescita, impatto e cambiamento.
Ai nostri Graduates, che oggi fanno un passo in avanti come professionisti e come persone, va il nostro più sincero applauso. Siete e resterete parte della CIMBA Family — una comunità internazionale coesa, che continua a sostenersi, ispirarsi e crescere insieme, anche al di là dell’aula.
Ora, con nuovi strumenti, nuove consapevolezze e una rete globale al vostro fianco, si aprono per voi strade inesplorate e opportunità concrete. Il futuro vi aspetta — e noi saremo sempre qui, per accompagnarvi, celebrarvi e continuare a imparare insieme.

This past year has been the most challenging of my life.
I enrolled in the Executive Master’s in Negotiation and international Strategy at #CIMBA with the goal of investing in myself, of growing both professionally and personally. But nothing could have prepared me for the emotional journey that would unfold alongside it.
While diving into intense course work and transformative lessons, I was also facing something much heavier: helping care for my mother as she fought a severe illness.
There were moments I didn’t think I could go on. But somehow, step by step, I did.
Completing this program is a symbol of survival, of love, and of resilience. It carries every tear, every sleepless night, and every silent victory I had to fight for.
To my professors and classmates at CIMBA: thank you for your kindness, your encouragement, and your presence whether you knew what I was going through or not.
To anyone pursuing their goals while carrying invisible battles: you are not alone. Keep going. You have more strength inside you than you realize.

A MILESTONE ACHIEVED.
After seven intense months of lectures, discussions, and teamwork, I am proud to have completed my Executive Master’s in International Management — culminating in a week of in-person classes at the Tippie College of Business in Iowa City.
This program has strengthened my understanding of how an organization operates across all its key areas, with an international and strategic perspective that I am eager to apply in my professional journey.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the professors for their insights and dedication, and to my fellow participants for their collaboration, ideas, and inspiring exchanges throughout this journey.
I close this chapter with valuable knowledge, a broader network, and a renewed ambition to turn these learnings into concrete results and future growth.
