Can our habits change?

Our habits must be changed now, we must all give up something for the good of Italy and we must do it immediately,” said Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte during the press conference to explain new further measures taken to contain the coronavirus emergency.

No cinema, no gym, no events. No appetizers and dinner outside. And, of course, no travel. Coronavirus also affects your habits, the way you spend your free time.

The rules put in place to contain the infection require us to change our habits and lifestyles. This requires effort, but neuroscience provides us with some theoretical and practical advice.
